Policies
- Reservations must be made 7 days prior to departure. There is no guarantee of service if a reservation is made last minute.
- Reservations are honored on a first come first served basis.
- Client needs to provide a reliable emergency contact
- Client’s home must be a safe environment. Please do not leave anything out that is dangerous to me or your pet.
- I do not share pet sitting reservations with another pet sitter, neighbor or friend.
- I will not accept reservations if there is another peron other than the client staying in the home, no guests, no relatives, no AirBnB.
- Please notify me if cleaning services are coming during the reservation. If a cleaning service does come during the reservation I am not responsible for anything that gets broken, pet gets loose, injury to the pet or damage to the property while they are there.
- Please notify me if lawn services will be on the property.
- I will not accept reservations if contractors are coming into the home.
- Client needs to provide a backup plan for entrance to the home if a keypad or lock should malfuncton. Please change batteries on keypad before the start of your reservation.
- Provide cleaning supplies and a vacuum or broom dustpan.
- Provide plenty of food, litter, medicine and other supplies needed for the care of your cat.
- Disclose any aggressive behavior or bite history or any behavioral issues.
- You may cancel your reservation at any time. There is no cancellation fee.
- Payment is due immediately after reservation is complete and invoice given.
- I have the right to refuse any reservation.
- I will bring in packages that are not too heavy. If I can’t lift it I can not bring inside. I am not responsible for anything packages that are delivered during the reservation.
- I will water plants per clients specifications. Please do not leave toxic plants out where cats can get to them.
- I do not allow cats to go outside. I will feed feral cats but I am not responsible for feral outdoor cat’s safety.
- Have your cat’s supplies organized and readily available so I do not have to search for them.
