Policies

There is a $20 fee for key pick up and delivery. I highly recommend using a lockbox. I also keep client keys. I store keys in a secure safe with no names or addresses. 

Checks are no longer accepted. Payment may be made electronically via Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay, CashApp, Venmo. If paying by check is your only option then payment must be made in advance of reservation and check must clear my bank. Cash payments must be made in advance as well. Electronic payments are due within 24 hours of my last reservation visit. Payments that are more than 48 hours late will incur a $20 late fee. 

There are no cancellation fees. You may cancel at anytime. 

I will not accept any reservation for the following reasons:

You are using your home as a AIRBNB and you have guests staying at your home.

If you have friends or relatives staying in your home.

If you have construction workers or cleaning crews in your home.

If you want every other day visits, visits must be daily. 

If your home is not a safe environment. 

Please have a designated spot for mail and packages. I will not sign for any packages unless prior arrangements have been made. I will take photos of all packages that are delivered. If you are expecting a package that needs to be refrigerated please make arrangements with me.
