Plan ahead and book your reservation early. Reservations are not guaranteed. Reservations are done on a first come first serve basis even if I hold your key. You can never book too early, but you can book too late.

Meet and Greet
I schedule a meet and greet for every new or potential client. I will schedule a phone call first to get basic information and to confirm availability. After the phone call we will schedule either an in person or Zoom consultation.
I reserve the right to turn down any reservation.
Denied Reservations
Reasons why a reservation can be denied:
* I do not accept every other day reservations
* I do not split reservations with another pet sitter, neighbor or family member.
* I do not accept reservations if you have houseguests or contractors in your home while you are away.
* If the home is not safe
* The cat's medical condition is beyond my experience.
